At Union Mercantile, co-working is designed to be flexible, approachable, and easy to use — whether you plan or drop in.
Open Co-Working (Complimentary)
• Smaller tables and regular working spaces are always free to use.
• Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No reservation required, though reservations are encouraged if you have a preferred spot
Reservable Spaces (Hourly Rental)
For moments that need more focus, privacy, or space, we offer reservable areas rented by the hour:

• Conference Table – Perfect for small or larger group meetings

These spaces may be pre-booked in advance or reserved as a walk-in, based on availability.

Our private, light-filled conference room is designed to adapt to your gathering. With flexible layouts, the space comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests at long tables or up to 70 guests in lecture-style seating.
Ideal for workshops, presentations, talks, training sessions, and larger working groups, this room offers privacy, comfort, and room to collaborate or learn together.
Available to book by the hour, the space provides a dedicated setting for focused work, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences.
