The Union Mercantile Test Kitchen will serve as a dynamic, creative hub where culinary innovation meets community. This space will invite visionary chefs and bakers to collaborate with Union Mercantile through rotating pop-up experiences, allowing them to showcase their craft, share their stories, and experiment freely.
Each residency will offer our clients exclusive access to inspired flavors, thoughtfully crafted menus, and behind-the-scenes insights into the creative process.

Union Work Space
Work With Us
Union Mercantile offers private offices designed for focus, comfort, and care. These are spaces created for people who value calm, intention, and a sense of belonging in their workday—not just a place to plug in.
Located on the second floor, our workspaces offer privacy without isolation, allowing work to happen alongside good coffee, thoughtful design, and the gentle rhythm of a shared community.
We offer four unique private offices available for full-time, month-to-month rental, as well as one private office available for daily or weekly use—ideal for focused workdays, short-term projects, or creative resets.
